Is parking available at the apartment? Can I get my car washed too?
If you booked an apartment near Bullring / New Street, we offer an optional service:
Professional car wash + free overnight parking at the Bullring car park for £25 per day.
The service is provided by H2O Car Valeting, operating from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Advance booking is required — please contact us to reserve.
For all other locations, there are public car parks and on-street parking options nearby.
Where can I book the apartments?
Our properties are available for booking through Booking.com and Airbnb. To reserve your stay, simply click the “Book Now” button at the top of this page.
Can I request an extra bed or a baby cot?
Yes, we can provide an extra bed or a baby cot upon request.
There is an additional charge of £30 per item per stay.
Please let us know in advance so we can prepare it for your arrival.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
If you have special requests for early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs depending on availability.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, almost all of our apartments come with free Wi-Fi.
If you need to confirm Wi-Fi availability for a specific apartment, feel free to contact us.
Are towels and bed linens provided?
Yes, all our apartments come with clean towels and high-quality hotel-style bed linens, prepared fresh before your arrival.
Is the apartment cleaned during my stay?
For short stays, cleaning is done before check-in only. If you are staying longer and would like additional cleaning during your stay, we can arrange it for an extra fee — just let us know in advance.
How do I collect the keys?
Most of our apartments use a secure key safe system for easy self check-in.
You will receive full instructions and the key box code on the day of your check-in.
If your booking is near the Bullring, key collection is available between 3:00 PM and 12:00 midnight.
If you need to check in outside of these hours, please let us know in advance so we can try to accommodate your request.
