Though measuring only 25cm in height, the Litton Cheney layered cheese celebration cake made by Dorset dairy Ford Farm still packs a punch in terms of taste and impact at a wedding or special event.

The base layer is one of our deliciously rich, mature and rugged Coastal Cheddars with a characteristic crunch, made by hand at the farm and then gradually smoked over oak chips for a deliciously mellow flavour, topped with a hand-made Double Gloucester and finished off with one of our delicious, Oakwood Smoked truckles with its deliciously long and lingering flavour.

The cheese layers (from top to bottom tier) include:

• Ford Farm Oakwood Smoked Cheddar 200g, D 7.5cm x H 4.5cm
• Barber's Double Gloucester 400g, D 10cm x H 5cm
• Coastal Cheddar 2kg, D 16cm x H 8cm
• Stilton Round 2kg, D 20.5cm x H 5.8cm

• Serving: Serves 150 portions based off a 30g serving
• Total weight: Approximately 4.6kg minimum weight
• Suitable for vegetarians

Storage Information:
Refrigerate cheeses until needed, then unwrap, assemble and decorate accordingly*.

All components of this cake will have at least 25 days life. However, shelf life can be significantly reduced when cut into and left unrefrigerated.
