No. The kit includes the necessary tools and botanicals to create your own personal rum. The alcohol base you need to buy yourself. The basis for your personal rum infusion is either a white or a brown rum, based on the recipe you want to make.
How do I create my own rum with this kit?
If you start with white rum, the wood chips need to infuse for at least 1-2 weeks. If you start with brown rum, you can skip this part. The next step is to add your favorite botanicals, which need to sit for another week.
