Built of extra HD 420d Polyester fabric with a zipped in ground sheet this lower annex room is Ideal for getting dressed in, housing kids and guests or much loved pets!

The lower Annex Room is bell shaped to maximise the available space inside. Handy features like a 3x layer window system allows you to close the annex room up from inside without stepping out (ideal in rainy conditions)! The back wall features a full height and width zip allowing you to gain access to the side or rear doors on most cars or vans!

Please Note: the lower annex room is designed to work with mounting heights of 170-195cm.
