Niacin otherwise known as Vitamin B3 is found naturally in meat, offal meat such as liver and fish.
B-complex vitamins are water-soluble vitamins that are not stored in the body, therefore need to be supplied by the diet. Niacin promotes growth, proper functioning of the nervous system, maintenance of healthy coat, digestive system, and carbohydrate-fat-protein metabolism.

 

Phosphorus is a mineral or micro-mineral and is found in meat and offal meat.
Phosphorous is required in a relatively high amount in the diet. Phosphorous maintains the growth and structure of the skeletal system.

 

Iron is a mineral or micro-mineral and is found in meat.
Iron is vital to many metabolic functions including oxygen transportation in hemoglobin. Iron is needed continuously to provide hemoglobin for newly produced red blood cells. Low levels of iron will lead to the development of anemia.
