Domaine Pierre Ravaut Côte de Nuits-Villages is primarily sourced from dedicated parcels located within the southern end of the Côte de Nuits, specifically the hard limestone slopes of Comblanchien. This 2023 vintage is a blend of 100% Pinot Noir. The estate follows traditional Burgundian practices with meticulous manual harvesting and selective sorting. It was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, of which 15% were new, and then rested for an additional 6 months in stainless steel to preserve its aromatic purity and fine lees character.

The muscle and long finish are so beautiful. The 2023 is an especially generous vintage endowed with tons of richness as well as structure...
